SUD is an independent shop and working studio, bringing together pieces by local designers with original work created in our own atelier.
Here, making is part of the experience. You’ll find original objects including interior pieces, jewelry, accessories and other carefully selected items. These are presented alongside works (in progress) and new creations taking shape in the studio.

SUD was born from Bazaar du Sud, a pop-up market created to celebrate and support local designers.
What started as a gathering of makers has grown into a permanent space in Maastricht dedicated to creativity, craftsmanship and the joy of making.
SUD is a place to discover the work of local makers, find something made with intention, or pick up the materials and inspiration to create something yourself.
